love

Never lose hope.

Never lose hope that things won’t improve because they will. Perhaps not as expected but they will improve.

Perhaps they won’t improve as quickly as you would like but they will eventually.

You’re always growing, always changing, always learning.

Hope is not ego-driven which is often what brings about pain and suffering. It is not trying to deny reality but to help us see the deeper reality.

Real hope is what keeps us moving, keeps us slogging, keeps us building.
And sometimes hope is all that’s left, the idea that something will improve, that something will change.

When you lose hope depression and suicide can set in. Hope is required for happiness.

Hope is you thinking you are worthy, that you are deserving, that things will happen.

It’s a call in the night.

It’s not optimism or a positive attitude. That is different. Optimism is more of a mental mind set. Hope is more of a deep understanding that things are improving.

More of a realization experienced.

Though not everyone can be optimistic, everyone can be hopeful.

I don’t know what hope is exactly but it’s very important.

At a time when many of us have felt stripped down by finances, relationships and job prospects hope is needed

Have hope.

Sometimes I think of a friend.
Who I always care for in the end.

It doesn’t matter if it’s months or years
I know that friend will dry my tears.

Days go by.. they often do.
Then I smile when I think of you.

So call, text or email that friend right now.
And tell them that you love them somehow.

One of the most radical ways to instantaneously create a deeper sense of peace and love within ourselves is to simply stop, sit, and ask the question: ‘What is the most loving choice I can make for myself right now?’

When we do this we automatically shift into the body and gain direct access to the love and kindness we all have within our ourselves.

Paradoxically, the response to the question: ‘What is the most loving choice?’ is often the exact opposite of the task our mind currently has us performing.

We may be rushing around, working, cleaning, paying the bills and raising the children but in the process are not resting, nor being kind or loving to ourselves.

A powerful and life altering meditation technique that is available to all of us at any given moment is to simply sit and ask the question: “What is the most loving choice I can make for myself right now?” Then wait…and listen to the response, without judging it.

And then see where it takes you.

When one is free, everything comes: love, passion, forgiveness, joy. Because with freedom everything is allowed, everything is possible. You deny yourself nothing. This is why it is so highly sought after at the core of our very being.
