A truth seeker can’t lie.
What a truth seeker can do is hide the entire truth. Tell the appropriate socially acceptable part but leave out the messy trouble causing part.
This will always cause suffering. Any truth or reality that is denied will cause pain. It is an energy that must be released. It is not meant to be held indefinitely.
It is the responsibility of the other person to deal with the fall out of their behaviors and actions, not yours.
Often you must thrust this responsibility back onto the individual as the ego is very quick to disown all inappropriate behaviours as being due to external factors.
Who are you to hide the truth? Who are you to try and control the situation, to ‘handle’ what your mind has judged as being right or wrong?
How is this helping?… Let the universe sort it out.
Actions have consequences and we must be aligned with this law to be happy. How is the other person supposed to learn anything if proper feedback is not provided by you? They will very likely continue with the behaviours and unconscious patterns until someone shares the information with them.
A more conscious individual can provide this information. A truth seeker is highly conscious so more opportunities will arise. In fact some individuals might naturally be drawn directly into your life ONLY so that they can reveal the truth to them.
Because you can sustain the deeper truth and offer them clarity.
If they are asking you for help, provide it to them but be kind to yourself at the same time.
You will find it freeing to not have to decide what part of the truth you ‘think’ is appropriate, what part you ‘think’ they can handle and what part you ‘think’ they can’t.
It is YOU who can’t handle it. It is YOU who is worried, that something will be lost if you reveal the entire situation. YOU fear the consequences.
In reality, it is the ego afraid of releasing into the storm. BUT the ego is the storm.
Ahhhh, now you see the game.
Release into the unknown, understanding why.
This will drop the ego and bring increased strength and happiness into your life.
Don’t you want to be happy?
So please ‘step in’. Step into the whole truth and see how it changes things. Allow yourself to be changed by a yet uncertain future. And give more credit to these individuals crossing your path to be able to hear the truth and move forward on their journey towards happiness and well being.
We are ALL looking to be free.
The truth will always protect you because it’s balanced. It is when you limit the truth, revealing only socially acceptable bits and pieces, when internal suffering occurs.
You must trust the truth and understand that both side of the blade are equally important. One cuts you and one cuts them.
The skill at which you use the blade is what you cultivate through consciousness. With respect to the truth, lean towards applying it with surgical precision as opposed to simply hacking something off with it.
